What do we collect?
We may process name, email, phone number, company, message, project interest, uploaded files, technical context such as page, source and visitor ID, and AI chat conversation history.
Why do we process it?
The information is used to respond to inquiries, qualify projects, follow up by email or phone, handle files, create leads in our CRM and improve how 3on receives new project requests.
Legal basis
Processing is mainly based on legitimate interest, as we need to respond to inquiries and manage business dialogue. If an inquiry leads to an agreement, some data may be processed to prepare or perform a contract. In some cases, we may need to retain data to meet legal obligations.
AI chat and OpenAI
Messages in the AI chat may be sent to OpenAI to generate answers. The chat is intended for project inquiries within 3on’s areas, including AI apps, systems, automation, e-commerce, security, design, content and growth. Do not submit sensitive personal data in the chat.
Files
Files uploaded through forms or AI chat may be stored so we can review the request. Do not upload sensitive or confidential files without a separate agreement.
Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms and chat from spam and automated requests.
Recipients and suppliers
Personal data may be processed in systems and services used for the website, forms, email, databases, file handling, spam protection and AI functionality. Supplier categories may include hosting, database, email, AI services and security services.
Retention
Lead and contact information is stored as long as needed to handle the inquiry, follow up business dialogue and meet reasonable administrative requirements. You can request deletion.
Your rights
You have the right to request information about the personal data we process about you, request rectification, deletion, restriction, object to processing and in some cases request data portability.
